Liu Bowen and Yao Guangxiao found several accesses to sea when built up Beijing City. East one connected to Sea. two largest accesses were respectively located at the underground of a big temple in Yuquanshan Town of west Beijing and Bei Hai(北海) , which was suppressed by a white pagoda. There was also another one in Beixinqiao (Northern New Bridge, 北新桥), but this access was not suppressed well and the scare sea monsters always appeared and intimidated the local people's daily life. And then, Liu Bowen negotiated with this monster and told it: "we are constructing Beijing Town, would please stay in access until this bridge turns itself old ". This sea monster thought for a while and nodded its head in agreement and jumped into the sea access. Since then, Liu Bowen told the local people to call this bridge Beixinqiao(Northern New Bridge) rather than old bridge any more!
